6. Third-Party Suppliers - While we work with trusted venues and suppliers, all third-party services are contracted directly between the client and the supplier, unless otherwise specified. We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party providers.
7. Cancellations & Termination - Cancellation terms, refunds, and termination conditions are governed by the specific service contract signed by the client. Any deposits or fees already paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability - To the maximum extent permitted by law: We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for force majeure events (including weather, strikes, acts of God, government restrictions, or supplier failure) Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided.
